- Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached and its original packaging.
- To qualify for refund, all items must be postmarked within 15 days from ship date.
- Refunds are processed to its original form of payment and may take up to 7-10 days to reflect on your account.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- There are no restocking fees.
- If you feel you received a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 3 business days of delivery date.
- We currently do not offer exchanges.

Upon return, if the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition and there has been unreasonable use leading to a diminished value of the product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the amount of the refund up to the price paid.
If there is a dispute in regards to delivery of your order and we can confirm that the order has left our fulfilment warehouse, we will forward the matter onto USPS and monitor where possible. In the event that USPS confirms that order has been lost in transit we will refund the order in full.
